About Minds Bridge

Welcome to Minds Bridge, where diverse perspectives converge to tackle pressing social, professional, and economic challenges worldwide. By bridging minds from different backgrounds and countries, we foster collaboration to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Founded by Esraa Salim, an experienced project manager and consultant with a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Minds Bridge combines academic expertise with hands-on experience to drive meaningful change.

Our work includes managing EU-funded initiatives under Erasmus+ on behalf of Folkuniversitetet, covering areas such as vocational education, e-learning, healthcare, and gender equality. Notable examples include the WEntre Capacity-Building Project, QA HEVET, and iSurvive Project.

In addition to project management, Minds Bridge has delivered consultancy services to international organizations such as UNESCO’s International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), supporting educational planning, capacity building, and strategic development in the MENA region and developing countries.

Meet our team

  • Founder and Director

With expertise in international project management, Esraa has been managing Erasmus+ projects since 2021, including a centralized capacity-building initiative, focusing on education, healthcare, women empowerment, inclusion, and vocational education. With an MSc in Development Economics from Paris1 Pantheon Sorbonne University, she has also assisted UNESCO's International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) in several educational projects aimed at enhancing the planning and provision of education in developing countries. Esraa specializes in public policy analysis, strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful social development projects.

  • IT Specialist

Omar is a proficient IT professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data, specializing in innovative solutions such as applying AI to medical imaging. His technical and creative capabilities enhance Minds Bridge’s ability to implement digital materials/tools and technologies in its projects.

  • Financial Manager

Nada is a highly skilled financial professional with expertise in managing budgets, overseeing international project finances, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. She brings essential financial acumen and strategic insight to Minds Bridge projects.
